IMPACT (Interaction Methods for Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy) Invoice Terms and Conditions

  • “We” means IMPACT CIC.
  • “You” means a person with whom the contract is agreed
  • “Contract” means the terms and conditions of engagement agreed between you and IMPACT CIC Ltd
  1. SERVICES
    1. We shall provide services as agreed with you, and in doing so, we shall observe the Ethical Guidelines issued by HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council).
    2. We shall provide Services for your exclusive benefit.
  2. FEES
    1. Fees are charged based on the training rates on the website www.pacttraining.co.uk.
    2. Payment for invoices is required ten working days before the training course or the date on the invoice.
    3. Where training is delivered at the customer’s location, travel is invoiced at the rate stated on the website.
    4. Travel is included in the invoice; mileage is charged at the following rate, £50 per hour, mileage 50p per mile. Receipts are provided for train, flight, and taxi transfer costs.
  3. CANCELLATIONS
    1. Cancellations are received with ten working days’ notice when we can offer you alternative training dates.
    2. Full fees are payable for cancellations with less than ten working days’ notice (including scheduled post-course supervision sessions). Full fees will be payable if fewer than five delegates are left to attend the course. We will endeavour to offer the registrant an alternative date, of course.
  4. NON-PAYMENT OF FEES
    1. Payment in Full is required 10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THE INVOICE.
  5. LATE PAYMENT INCURS INTEREST
    1. We reserve the right:
      1. to charge monthly interest on the unpaid amount at 4% above the HSBC Bank base lending rate
      2. to take whatever legal remedy exists to obtain payment
      3. to suspend the services and any work which we are carrying out for you
      4. to charge for legal proceedings.
    2. If you consider the fees which we have charged are excessive or unfair, you may, within a period of 14 days from the date of the invoice, complain in writing to us, specifying the cause of the complaint, too: Dr Catherine Aldred Consultant Honorary Lecturer, PACT Trial Office, 2 Roundway, Bramhall, Cheshire.     3. If you do not make such a complaint within 14 days of the receipt of the invoice, our rights specified in 3.2 will apply.
    4. If you make a complaint, we shall investigate it. If we agree with you, we shall make an appropriate reduction in the amount invoiced, and interest shall not be charged on the amount of the reduction but may be charged on the balance.

THE ABOVE TERMS OF TRADE WILL APPLY UNLESS SPECIFICALLY VARIED BY A LETTER OF ENGAGEMENT
