The experts contributing to our 2026 webinar series

Chief Operating Officer and clinical lead for Autism Community Network, a non-profit diagnostic and peri-diagnostic support centre for families in San Antonio, Texas, in the United States.
Carrie has a PhD in Infant and Early Childhood Development with an emphasis on Infant Mental Health and Developmental Disorders.
Dr Alvarado is the creator and director of the Earliest Connections Clinic, A diagnostic program geared toward early identification and therapeutic intervention for high-risk infants and toddlers.

Wilson Mora is an autism consultant. He is passionate about child and family development.
These interests motivated him to pursue a bachelor's degree in Psychology, a postgraduate diploma in Family and Childhood, and a master's degree in Child and Youth Study, with a focus on autism.
Wilson is a PACT- and iBASIS-certified practitioner. Besides, he serves as an associate and trainer for PACT UK. Wilson's experiences are rooted in clinical, educational, and community settings in Canada, Chile, and other countries.

Susanna Vosper
Susanna is a trainer in IBASIS and PACT, which are both video feedback–based, parent-mediated approaches and also provides direct therapy delivery.
Susanna’s current role involves rolling out these approaches as part of an integrated pathway within the NHS in parts of the UK.
Susanna is passionate about supporting families/caregivers of neurodivergent children to feel empowered in communicating and connecting with their children, as well as for children to be supported in finding their own voice."

Liz is a Speech and Language Therapist specialising in neurodiversity and early autism support. A central part of her work involves delivering video–feedback–based, parent-mediated approaches, including PACT and iBASIS, to families, as well as providing training in these programmes for professionals. She is passionate about these approaches, which support parents to enhance their understanding of their child’s individual communication preferences and focus on empowering families to support communication and connection within everyday interactions and routines.

Sharon Sargeant is an RDI Consultant and PACT Practitioner with over 20 years’ experience supporting autistic children, young people, adults, families, and professionals across home and educational settings. As the parent of an autistic adult with additional speech, language and learning needs, Sharon’s work is grounded in both professional and lived experience.
She has worked closely with Bright Futures School to develop collaborative home-and-school approaches using both RDI and PACT and has supported locally funded programmes involving parents and teaching assistants alongside the school. Sharon also volunteers as a PACT Advocate and Advisor and holds a degree in Child and Youth Studies.

Mr Ngan is a Registered Educational Psychologist (H.K.) and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (U.S.) currently working with the Heep Hong Society in Hong Kong. He is experienced in providing various services for children with special educational needs (SEN), including psychoeducational evaluation, counselling, and skills groups. In addition, he provides consultation to schools and families in order to support the individual learning needs of the students. In 2017, Mr Ngan was certified as an international Paediatric Autism Communication Therapy (PACT® ) Trainer in Hong Kong and started to provide PACT® to local families and offer train-the-trainer workshops in Hong Kong. Currently, he continues to promote positive psychology to support the development of their growth in all areas.

Jaimie Banks spent the first decade of her career working in public safety and healthcare across the Canadian federal public service before obtaining her Master’s degree in Publishing at Oxford. She joined the Hogrefe Publishing Group’s UK office in 2014 and has spent the last decade leading training, marketing, and publishing projects and teams at Hogrefe UK, most recently as General Manager.
From both a research and publishing perspective, she is particularly keen on exploring complementary uses for clinical, educational and occupational psychometrics, particularly as transdiagnostic approaches to mental health become increasingly important.

Catherine is a consultant therapist specialist in autism communication treatments and a director of IMPACT. She developed a pioneering autism intervention based on her PhD, over 35 years of clinical experience and research into the communication needs of children with autism, based at the University of Manchester.
